Detached bungalow with loft extension and conservatory located in gardens of about 0.4 acres. Accessed from a private road in a quiet village in the South Hams, with distant views of Salcolme Estuary.
 

"No comments on the estate agent. However, we have recently returned from Canada where the house buyer has much better protection and help/advice when using a reactor as their agent.
