On the one occasion on which I met the agents’ rep (involving a journey of 480 miles) it was extremely helpful-organising the clearance & cleaning etc of the property. "I first spoke with Stan at Mervyn Smith nearly a year ago and waited for around 5 months for the right property to come up (they kept me advised of anything suitable to come along). After agreeing an offer on a property I had to pull out of the first sale due to health problems and Stan was very understanding about this. When in a position to start looking again I didn't hesitate and only registered with this company and no others - they are THE best agent for the area. I was determined to get the property I eventually bought and they helped me to get it - letting me know immediately when a higher offer fell through. I can't recommend them highly enough - their personal level of service is unbeatable."
