"I would thoroughly recommend John Wadsworth Estate Agents, having had to sell the house on behalf of my mother. I found Mr Wadsworth (with whom I dealt mostly) to be courteous, understanding at a difficult time, and very helpful. I felt comfortable asking questions and was given welcome and good advice on finding local traders to carry out e.g. house clearance. His estimate of the sale price was spot on, and I think he went beyond the call of duty in ensuring matters progressed smoothly and promptly. From his initial visit to the house to contract completion was less than four months, but it was done with the minimum fuss, so the whole business was a lot less stressful than it might have been."

"John Wadsworth Estate Agency were very professional, friendly and kept us informed of all the necessary information. They gave us 200% excellent service, and went above and beyond the usual service of an estate agent. We would happily recommend them to anyone buying a property in this area. The probate valuation was free, and this is why we used them to sell the property. It was traumatic for us, as we lived 80 miles away from the property.

They recommended a gardener to clear the back and front gardens, and also gave a recommendation as to where we could purchase new carpets for the property.

The property was extensively fire damaged before probate was granted by roofers repairing a flat roof at the back of the property. Even though at that time the property was not on the market for sale, we received a telephone call to ask us if we knew the property had been fire damaged. We did know, but this showed the extent of a caring business. Once the property was renovated, we placed it on the market for sale. We were always informed of viewings and the agency held a key to the property. It was always locked up after viewings and we trusted the Estate Agency implicitly.
