"It has been a long time since we last bought/ sold a house. We had forgotten how stressful it can be. Our first attempt to buy the property fell through, however Tom kept us informed of its avail8 and we did get a second buyer for ours .The sale and purchase seemed more drawn out than we anticipated give all 3 in the chain were cash buyers. Tom showed great perseverance and patience to get the sale completed. He was very good at keepng us informed and updated on development's as well as helping to chase up any delays. He was east to get hold of and always returned call. He was in constant contact with the vendors and arranged all request for visits as and when required. Very happy with the service.

Old house which was largely extended over the years. Quite quirky , front door upstairs ! but with a very nice feeling. situated on the Malvern Hills.
"I asked three different estate agents to view my property and chose Grant &Co as they recommended , what seemed to me, to be a price which would attract a sensible buyers. They were right and were there throughout the whole process I do not think that more could have been done to facilitate what became , at times a trying situation. I am very grateful that they were always there with viewers - although there were not many as the property had been valued sensibly and was sold within days. I can safely say that Grant &Co offered me support and good advice throughout, and should I ever need to move again I would have no hesitation in engaging them again. "

Barn conversion in rural Herefordshire
"We first viewed the property in June 2019 but were unable to secure it at that stage so were delighted to learn that it was back on the market on the same day we had accepted an offer on our own house in February 2020! We came straight back for a second viewing, from Sussex, made an offer on the day which was accepted, and then an 8 month trial began, with Covid making the whole buying/selling process rather slow, and our lower chain broke 5 times. However, Tom's tenacity on behalf of his vendor's and with faith that our original buyer's would finally secure a sale, the transaction finally completed at the end of October. Tom and his team had to negotiate and field many obstacles which they managed in a professional and pleasant manner, and we would have no hesitation in recommending their services, we would definitely use them again if and when we decide to move."
