"generally unhappy for a number of years with them. lack of cmmunication and review of tenants references meant i had a bad set of tenants which i didnt want in the first place but they assured me nothing would go wrong- the tenants thus damaged the property.
poor quality of pictures advertising the property and limited number. lack of information on interest in the property for the length of time its been for sale.
vast improvements required for overseas landlord communications.

"Can't recommend Hudson Moody Wass highly enough. As a landlord based away from the property in question, I find their service immensely valuable and more than enough peace of mind with themselves managing it on my behalf. I am notified of anything requiring my attention timely and without stress. All costs, fees, communications and responses are clear, transparent and punctual at all times. The Gateway - 1 bedroom apartment

"Multiple agencies were involved in me moving into the Gateway but overall I am not satisfied with how things are going.

- I saw that the property was online for about 550 pounds, but later find out that they make my company pay 700 pounds (don't know which agency is to blame here).

- The iron and bread toaster did not work. If you put in appliances then I expect them to work. Noone is viewing the apartment and bring some bread to see whether the toaster is actually working.

- I was informed that I would receive a new iron and microwave. I have still not received anything.

- Convenient basic things are missing in the apartment: e.g. there is no coatrack so I always have to hang my jackets over chairs, there is no drying rack so I had to invest in onw for my own while I am leaving the country in 8 months again, the tv is an analouge tv which obviously does not work without a digital receiver, there were not clothes hangers in the closet so I'm not sure where I was expected to put my clothes?

Overall, whoever agency was involved, I think you guys did quite a poor job."
