"We were extremely disappointed with the level of service. We received from Alan Warner at the Wilkinson Partnership. We did not have estate agents on our sale and this was not helped by Mr. Warner consistently not listening to the information given to him and therefore misrepresenting our position up the chain. He made an already stressful situation a lot worse to the point where I did not feel it productive to continue to speak to him. "They were very professional from start to finish. They took their time to explain all their services and charges and even a 7 days cooling-off period. They priced the property sensibly and reinforced this with evidence of other sales. They kept me and my wife fully informed at all times and nothing was too much trouble.
