3 bedroom detached house, with garage and garden front and back. Located in the quiet area of Lakeland, Lincoln, with easy acces to A46 and 10 minutes from the centre of town.

"We have been using this agent since 2009 and are very pleased with them. They have always been professional, and kept us uptodate on the rental status of the property, and quick to inform us of any work that needs to be carried out. "I have used Charterhouse Management Ltd for 7 years and there standard of service has been consistently at the highest of level. They have assisted on a number of difficult issues. Being on the Armed Forces means that I am often 1000's of miles away from the property and being able to rely on CHM to resolve issues has been essential."

This is a 1 double bedroom flat on the first floor in North Hykenham, Lincoln. It is link attached to two 3 bedroom houses with no residents above or below. It has it''s own private entrance and alloted parking space outside. The kitchen has all white goods and the bathroom has a shower over the bath.

"Charterhouse have managed this flat for seven years and have been professional at all times. Professional tennants have been found with only a few weeks unoccupied in this time.
Charterhouse have visited to assess the property and the standard of maintenance.
I have been kept updated in all matters by the team at Charterhouse.
They were most helpful in dealing with one difficult tennent."

Fabulous one bedroom contemporary apartment with a neutral décor throughout. Ideally located for easy access to the bypass and surrounded by a plethora of local amenities

"moving from leicester to lincoln i was looking for a professional agent to help me locate and move into a suitable property, after several calls to other companies, who to be quite frank, couldnt care, i was happy to be able to find a company who did, and more so, an agent, jack mulhall. this was the first time i had ever moved so naturally i had 101 questions to ask, and jack answered every single one, he helped me and explained everything brilliantly, i even asked him the same things 3 or 4 times just to ensure i understood what was being mentioned and discussed, and he remained professional throughout. he gave me the time to view at my Convenience, as i had to come down from leicester, and gave me access when i needed it. during the signing stage jack went through all the paperwork and explained everything. during the moving in stage, jack was fantastic again, giving me the confidence to move for the first time by knowing no matter how i contacted him, by phone or email, he gave me straight answers and had no issues. i have never used the company before, but certainly will use again, and will recommend to anyone looking at moving with a professional, reliable, family run business."
