"I have bought and sold through Pygott and Crone on a number of occasions, they always provide an excellent and professional service. I always recommend them to family and friends as I am confident that they act in the best interests of their customers. When selling, their pro-active selling approach has ensured fast sales (always within 2 weeks).

"We found that there is a huge disparity in service between the two branches of Pygott & Crone in Lincoln. The staff at the Hykeham branch are brilliant- especially Daniel, Steph and AJ. Unfortunatley my wife and I found the staff in the Lincoln Silver Street branch to be rude and unhelpful. If I was using the firm in future I would always want to deal with the Hykeham branch- I feel that the Lincoln branch really let the company down due to their poor levels of customer service. I cannot commend Daniel highly enough- my wife gave him what we were looking for (big new kitchen, no work to be done) and he found the ideal house for us. AJ gave us some great advice and helped us to make the decision about our mortgage. Steph really helped us when we had problems collecting our keys on completion day with the Lincoln branch- she even arranged for us to park in the lettings car park which was a real help."

"Initially very pushy yet friendly from one girl. But when we went to look at properties we had to deal with someone else after we had already got friendly with the first.

Was disappointed that we never got to meet anyone. With the cost of selling a house I thought that the estate agents would show us round the property., let alone it is customary for the estate agent to show people round not the vendors!"
