"We were not impressed at all by Henry Graham Estate Agents. Not a very friendly approach to their customers. Our survey came back with some things needing rectified which Henry Graham tried to get us to pay for before we even owned the house. Staff very abrupt no consideration at such a stressful time and 3 weeks after we moved in we are still waiting on keys. When EPCs became mandatory we negotiated a reduced cost for our clients, several months ago we became aware that our price was no longer competitive and we negotiated a further reduction in the cost of EPCs to our clients.
