"Easily the most professional Estate Agent that we have dealt with and we have gone through alot! Always timely in their response, professional, polite and helpful. We were originally dealing with a number of different agents in the area and were really disappointed in their service and we never felt like a priority to them. As soon as we started to deal with Edward Rice we had complete confidence in him. He was really information on the properties around, the market and more importantly he always got back to us when he said he would. As soon as properties went off the market he was back with other options and I really cannot fault his service at all. We had so much confidence in him that we didn't look at other Estate Agents after dealing with him so I am thrilled that we are now settled in a property with Barnard & Marcus. Edwards colleague Tariq was also extremely helpful when he was not around.

We are both looking at buying in the next couple of years so will definitely be back with Barnard & Marcus"

"This is the first time I have ever used Barnard Marcus and I would be keen to choose them over any other agent in future if at all possible.
Our letting was handled exclusively by Tariq Gabr and he went above and beyond in ensuring that our move went as smoothly as possible. In particular, I was extremely impressed by the prompt nature in which Tariq returned any of our queries - I have never experienced an estate agent who is so responsive. Additionally, Tariq always had all of the information required to make our move as stress free as possible; at all stages of the process we felt extremely confident that our move was being handled extremely competently and that there would be no unforeseen hitches.
Finally, I would like to add that it was a pleasure to deal with somebody who very clearly cares about his clients. Thanks for all your help Tariq!

"The firm is extremely unprofessional. After 6 weeks of moving in I am still struggling to get basic amenities working properly like hot water, basic water supply in the bathroom and even the basic door locks. I have been chasing the maintenance team and they keep sending me around to their internal team. Overall an extremely unprofessional firm.
