2 double bedroom property near the heath in Blackheath for rental

"We had to move abroad for professional reasons and we were looking to rent our flat. Whilst we queried with the usual names in our area, we were tempted to speak to Brown & Brooke as they were close to our property which we saw both as an asset for ourselves, our tenants and Brown & Brooke especially if issues were to arise.

Ensuring that the quality of our flat was maintained and that our tenants were properly managed and tended to was paramount to us.

The general feel from the usual suspect estate agents were that such crucial criteria were not the highest on their list.

Paige at Browne & Brook was extremely professional, very well prepared and came with all the details we would expect to receive. The process of on-boarding our tenants was seamless and we are very pleased with the service and attention to detail that has been shown both towards ourselves but also very importantly towards our tenants.

If you are thinking of renting your property, we would recommend speaking to Paige and the team at Brown & Brooke and to seriously consider their services."

This is a small block of property in SE7.

"I am very happy used Brown &Brooke's. They have a good team in the office, Carol, Steve and especially Paige Elmore who I deal a lot with her. She has been very helpful when some problems occurred. The most important is she willing and trying her best for solved the problems prompted.
Just made you feel, you are taking care of not letting you in miserable.

I would definitely recommend Brown & Brooke to anybody looking for a property to rent. I would like to use them again in the future too.
