"We were told that Camerons would pay for our HIP if they sold our property. This was not confirmed in writing once they sold our property we had to chase them for reimbursement. I was told it was a limited offer only, I then pointed out if this was the case, they should remove offer from their website, we got our money then."

4 bed (1908) mid terrace loft conversion with en-suite shower room, gas C/H & new carpet in hall & all 4 beds. Conservatory with WC/utility room 40 foot mature garden.
 

"Property was initially over-priced for market conditions and had to be reduced several times due to market crash. Our individual agent worked extremely hard to achieve sale and negotiate between all parties/agents in chain, and was instrumental in holding chain together when the bottom buyer pulled out.
