"McRaes have always been helpful and kind from the very beginning of my first ever letting.It wasn't something I ever wanted to do, but personal circumstances meant I had to leave the area. Something that was a nightmare to me; especially as Waltham Forest is one of the boroughs participating in a 5 year licensing certificate, wasn't a nightmare to them.And I happily handed over all my stress at their door.
I won't mention names.
I may inadvertently miss someone out.
But the entire team...whether on the phone or in person, have been reassuring and wonderful."

"McRaes Sales and Lettings have been very professional and supportive in assisting (what has for me) a very difficult tenancy. They were open to taking me on as a new client despite my having advised them of the difficulties I had previously experienced with the tenant.

McRaes have been very transparent with establishing their terms and conditions with me the landlord. They were also flexible, enabling me to adapt their standard tenancy contract to incorporate all the terms of the building lease.

The staff are very good communicators. They have been emphatic to both me and, I believe, the tenant too. They have advised both parties of their legal positions and options.

The staff are also very responsive to requests for information and getting things done (eg issuing contracts, getting quotes from contractors, undertaking inspections). They work positively with the tenant to facilitate the repayment of arrears.

McRaes have enabled me to manage this tenancy at arms length and have been an invaluable ‘go between’ when difficult conversations with the tenant are necessary. On top of the respect I have for the work they do I cannot fail to mention that they are also very nice and fair people. It’s a pleasure to do business with them.

"We live outside of the country so rely on the agents to handle to month-to-month management with the tenant and any issue that come up. We have been renting the property for 22 years and have come to rely on agent. Throughout this time they have provided excellent and timely service. They have a network of reliable contractors they call upon as needed to carry out repairs and inspections as needed.
We would highly recommend them to anyone thinking about renting a property as a landlord or tenant."

The location of the property is in Highams Park. All the properties are a good size around the area. The house is big and spacious with a big garden half detached with a garage.

"I started working with McRaes Sales, Lettings and Management over 10 years ago when I instructed them to manage my rental property. I was initially impressed with their professionalism, friendliness and reasonable fee.

They haven't disappointed and they have shown me I can trust them to manage my property and deal with any issues quickly and effectively.

Most recently, I had a long term tenant leave the property after 8 years. The property needed some quite extensive maintenance before it could be re-let. However the team managed to complete the works and on-board new tenants in a matter of weeks without any fuss or delay.

If you want worry free, highly effective property services, I would highly recommend McRaes.
