"I had a very good experience with the company, as one of your letting team members (David) tried everything to put me in a perfect position to get the flat I wanted. He was supporting me throughout when he had to deal with a very difficult landlord. After a long time I finally got the flat which made me extremely happy, although everything afterwards was a very slow process. They asked me throughout several weeks for more details and things they needed to finish up the contract which seemed unprofessional. It made me feel something was wrong and I was scared I might not get the flat, as I could see it was still on the market. Finally, one week before I moved in I got the contract to sign, although had to sign a few times as there were little mistakes made. Overall, the paper process was a little confusing and slow but it might have been just a very stressful period within the small company. I am happy to have found them regardless.

"My experience with Joe and Wigmore Jones has been more than exceptional so far. Not only they provided an excellent customer service but they did it in a very friendly and professional way.
The first time I saw the property it was a Bank holiday and due to the long journey from my previous address I arrived late to the meeting, the agent was waiting for me for 2 hours and when I arrived he welcomed us with a smile in the middle of a Bank Holiday.
During the negotiation Joe made everything extremely easy providing me updates through emails and contacting me by phone for the important details, always available for any questions.

And now that we moved in he is "chasing" me so a handyman can come to my property to sort a couple of minor issues, which was indeed a pleasant surprise because normally what happened to me was that the moment the agency got the money for the deposit and first rent, they tend to forget about you unless there is a fault on the monthly payment.

So far I am extremely happy with Wigmore Jones and looking forward to continue with our relationship."
