"Some times staff were pushy/rude. At times showed severe lack of communication between themselves and ours/the sellers solicitors. "Service provided was good I suggestion for improvement. The person who was responsible for working after our sale post offer always had her answer phone on to sooner her calls - she never answered the phone spontaneously.
