"We first met Mr Macpherson when viewing a prospective property and were impressed by his knowledge of the market.
When we decided to sell our property we approached him, along with other agents, to act for us in the sale. Mr Macpherson offered a much more professional and personal service so we opted for him.
Throughout the sale we were delighted with the attentive service provided by him during what, at times, became rather difficult negotiations.

"McPherson Property Sales and Estate Agents are a first class company. We could not fault them in any way. Very helpful and always there to answer any queries we had. Selling your house is a very stressful time and we felt very comfortable with the company handling the sale and felt there was the personal touch also.

"MacPherson property gave excellent service throughout the time I was selling my home and the agent was sympathetic to my own personal circumstances and needs. Viewings were always discussed and planned taking account of my needs but also with guidance on the needs of any prospective buyer. When it came to the sale of my home the agent had to take a less formal role than usual, due to the personal relationship I had with my buyers .They were happier to have direct dialogue with me and the agent was sensitive to this yet continued to give advice in the background to protect my interests.
I received excellent, realistic advice and help throughout the process of selling my home and benefited from the individual and adaptable support that this agent was able to provide.
I have since recommended this agent to others and have gone on to have a positive experience with the rental side of the business that is also offered."
