"Although the company were very professional in there conduct, we felt we should have been consulted about the removal of the property from the internet and about a SOLD board being errected all prior to completion of the sale. Sometimes it felt that the agent was more interested in the buyers needs rather than our needs. We have not used agents before, but would recommend them to others."

"I cannot remember being shown any evidence of membership of an Ombudsman scheme but this may have been mentioned at the opening discussion.
I was happy with the service I received apart from the circulation by post to other properties in the village, using the sale of my property as a marketing tool. I did not know this was going to happen and in fact the property was not sold, only 'agreed subject to contract' and the sale did not proceed. Village residents were not pleased to receive the advertising, particularly as the communications were not always addressed to the correct person eg tenants not owners, relatives of the owners rather than owners themselves."
