1920’s double fronted large semi in Newton-Le-Willows. Some lovely features esp. 2 hand painted windows in a Clarice clif style and landing and hall windows (similar). The estate agents made pictures of these prominently in the sale portfolio and the large garden.
 

"As I live over 350 miles from the property I was selling – I had envisaged difficulties with the sale. However I was delighted with the professional approach of Frazer Reeves.
