3 bedroom semi detached house. South facing, spacious, welcoming hallway, end cul-de-sac location. Detached garage, oil fired central heating. Excellent insulation. Up stairs view of scared tower! Long stairwell window.

2-3 bedroom bungalow. Good size garden to rear driveway to side central heating (oil). Double glazed throughout. Quiet Cul-de-Sac in village with good facilities. Outstanding position on shore of Strangford Lough inlet.
 

"The property was my deceased mother’s home & I was her executor living in England. The property took a year to sell & my interaction & negotiations with John Grant made what was a very stressful situation run as smoothly as possible given the circumstances.
