"Unfortunately the estate agent to act on our behalf, Matthew Brack, was rude, unhelpful, condescending, antagonistic and actually made the relationship between and the vendor more difficult trying at times to bully us and our solicitor into decisions for his own gain. This led to extra expenditure and led to us being dissatisfied with the entire process. He also lied to us several times during the process without checking facts prior to communication, this damaged our trust in him and the vendor.
