"We have moved before and its never straightforward and you need an experienced agent on your side. We were delighted with ours. There was always someone helpful there to answer the phone and respond to the inevitable queries. When we were lucky enough to have a number of full price offers our negotiator made extensive enquiries into the position of each potential buyer and gave us professional guidance on how to proceed. There were some problems and he went the extra mile to keep us and the buyer on track. It was probably the best service we have had from an agent"

4 Bed detached 1920''s house, in quiet Cul de Sac 8 minute walk from Norwich Ciy centre

"I have not used the firm before bit recommended by family member. Had house on Market with another agent for 3 Months with no joy. Sold with WH Brown team in only coue of weeks. All staff very accommodating and conducted crowing at our request. Appeared very confident and reassuring during times of anxiety. Negotiated well on our behalf. Mark seems professional but approachable. Nice atmosphere in office. Beth mortgage advisor was supportive and knowledgeable and followed up on progress of our application. Dominic agoes extraole and is honest in his advice and feedback. Altogether very pleased. Of were to make one suggestion it would be to inform venders of sale progress with weekly updates."
