"Hi there when. Mark came around to value our house he stayed with us for over an hour, not like some estate agents we have used in the past. It became obvious in no time at all that he was very experienced in his field and is a very nice and charming man. The two girls in the office I dealt with were hazel and penny they were both so so helpful in every way , they even got things moving with all the solicitors involved when things seemed to be going a bit slow. But regarding the sale of the house the house went onto the market on the Saturday and the board went up on the same day and after 7 viewings and three and half weeks later they found our buyers, they were all just fantastic could not praise them all enough, thank you all so much. In the next 2 weeks they will be selling my fathers flat thanks again."

"Everyone from Winkworth was professional and helpful throughout the entire process whether contact was made via email, face to face or on the phone. All my emails were responded to promptly and fully answered all my questions as I asked. We mostly dealt with Hazel who was great at explaining the process to us and being an invaluable link between ourselves and the seller in terms of organising chasing of our respective solicitors to ensure the process was completed in a timely manner. "As sellers, we were very satisfied with the service that we received from the West Bridgford Team at Winkworth's. Mike Hale, the Valuation Officer, had clearly done his homework in comparing the sale price of other similar properties in the area, to justify his recommended guide price. We were particularly impressed that, without prompting, he provided a breakdown of all the costs involved in our move. This meant that we had a clear understanding of the likely overall cost involved in moving right from the beginning. This was very helpful to us since we had not moved for nearly 30 years! Hazel, the Sales Manager, and her team, Penny and Faye, were always very professional, friendly, and well informed about the ongoing, changing situation in the sale, which was quickly communicated to us. "We have sold 2 houses with Winkworth (West Bridgford, Nottingham) and bought with them before.
On every occasion the staff have been very professional, friendly, helpful and supportive at all times.
The house that we have recently sold through them, took us through a few times of bad luck (through no fault of Winkworth), just unforeseen circumstances. They always advised us with sincerity and 'held our hand' throughout the process.
Our main contact at Winkworth (Hazel Turfitt), was exceptionally dedicated and always acted on our behalf in a fast and professional manor. She kept all parties (including other agents, solicitors, buyers and sellers) all in the loop for exchange and completion. We really owe our successful house move to her!!
We are also especially grateful to everyone at Winkworth and can fully, wholeheartedly recommend them to sell your house and follow through to completion with success. A lot of people just think about the sales part of a house move, but Winkworth really do deliver the best service all the way through the house selling journey.
