"Property Ladder were the fourth estate agent we used to try and sell the property and seemed to be much more proactive than the others we had employed previously. They were also really good during the course of the sale itself, helping to chase thing along. It proved to be quite tricky at the end with our purchaser insisting that we exchange and complete before our respective purchases were ready, this meant moving to temporary accommodation for two weeks, but all's well that ends well."
