"The sale was handled very competently in a depressed market.Negotiator managed to push purchase price up to £215000 after an original offer of £209000 from the same buyer. A commission of only 0.75% was very reasonable for the work involved also property was advertised every week in the local paper.
This was the first time we sold a property and would certainly recommend the firm ."
