1930's semi detached house. Driveway with garage.
 

"I arranged several viewings of the property because of parental support and because it needed much work doing to the property. The estate agent was very obliging both last minute and on the several occasions I wished to visit the property. Excellent follow through and dialogue pushing the solicitors together to make for a speedy property exchange. Gave a fair picture of both good & bad pointers of the property.
