1950s 2 bedroom bungalow situated on a large plot in a rural setting.
 

"Friendly agent who was easy to work with but who lost focus once a buyer had been found. A cash offer was accepted with completion due within a fortnight so the property was taken off the market. Unfortunately the agent did not check the buyer’s financial ability to complete so after 2 months the property was put back on the market. Four months later the sale went through with the original buyer.

Draft brochure required a lot of input from the seller due to many omissions of details. No internal photographs were included, only views of the garden which suggested the agent viewed the property primarily as a building plot. On the whole, disappointing, I had expected better."

"My personal circumstances were difficult but were not made easier by one member of staff who, when I asked if unwanted furniture could be removed said “no, well you got the house cheap”.

Also when exchange was slowed down, some member of staff put pressure on me by saying he was “disappointed" & then hung up phone and later said ”there’s an 89 year old woman who cannot sleep at night because of you”.
