"The Agency is new to us and in our dealings with them found them to be very professional and very friendly helpful. The only slight negative comment is they are a bit slow with their paperwork sending out monthly account statements. Would recommend them to anyone who is thinking of letting their property. "My experience during the introduction of the tenant was fantastic. Since then things have been more difficult. The tenant had experienced problems implementing their housing benefit and rent was in arrears from the start. Although the agents did tell me of the problem straight away it did feel like nothing was progressing without me prompting action."
