"Some staff were more involved / concerned / professional than others. I felt there was a lot of ‘passing the buck’ once offers had been accepted. My biggest complaint is their choice of solicitor who proved to be lacking is knowledge of the conveyancing procedure/delayed everything unnecessarily and as I later found out, was only on the Island 2 days a week to deal with things! Both my buyer and my vendor chase to use Pittis’ solicitor recommendation – thank goodness mine was independent! I have a list of complaints re their recommended solicitor and will gladly inform you of such if, and I hope you will, take things further. She caused a great deal of unnecessary anxiety diving the 6 months it took the 3 parties, only to exchange!"

"Pittis estate agents (Arun) tried as hard as they could to get us to see their “independent” mortgage adviser. When we put in our original offer they said we must speak so their mortgage adviser to “prove” we could afford it. Luckily in knew that this was wrong!"
