Barn conversion, approx 200 yrs old, edge of village, 3 beds, Landscaped gardens. Large oak conservatory.
 

"Generally good but sales particular very misleading. Pulled out of first purchase after survey revealed major issues agent knew of but didn’t disclose. Also they had to rewrite particulars to correct all the inaccuracies we found. Found second property through them too. This time they failed to mention that 50% of the land was leased from the National Trust. Again this didn’t come to light until we had our survey done. "The estate agents sorted out any misunderstandings found by the solicitor which enabled us to confidently by our property. They also sorted out problems found with the property on moving in.
