"Generally good but sales particular very misleading. Pulled out of first purchase after survey revealed major issues agent knew of but didn’t disclose. Also they had to rewrite particulars to correct all the inaccuracies we found. Found second property through them too. This time they failed to mention that 50% of the land was leased from the National Trust. Again this didn’t come to light until we had our survey done. They then informed us that satisfactory lease arrangements existed- this turned out to be a lie."
