"What a great service, my brother and I are incredibly grateful to Chloe and Jaimie at Pheonix for their unwavering support throughout the sale of our late mum's home. From our very first phone call, they streamlined the marketing process.
Despite going with multiple agents, Phoenix managed to market the property a week ahead of another agent who had been contacted earlier. Since we don’t live in the area, Chloe and Jaimie took care of posting all necessary documentation without any delays. The first viewing occurred within the first week, leading to an offer that we accepted.
Initially, we received weekly updates, which transitioned to almost daily communication as we neared completion. Both Chloe and Jaimie went above and beyond to ensure everything stayed on track, even chasing down our buyers' buyers' solicitor and mortgage broker. "This is an outstanding and professional organisation. I honestly cannot fault the practice and support that we have had from Phoenix Estate Agents and in particular their agent Chloe. Having spent far too many months on the books of another agent with very little movement, it took just a matter of weeks before we not only had viewings but also an offer! Their advice before we marketed was very worthy and in contrast to that of the other agent. It worked! We have been kept informed at least weekly if not daily some weeks about progress with contact received by phone and email. We have now exchanged and expect to complete next week. "We were buyers from a different county and lived over 170 miles away from where we were buying and the area was completely new to us. We received a brilliant service from start to finish. Communication was excellent and very prompt. The agents, Jaimie and Chloe, provided really useful information about the area around Sutton Bridge, e.g. other towns, dog walks, GP, shops etc. We were provided with regular weekly updates on the chain we were in (we were second in a chain of five or six) by email and phone calls.
Moving day was very challenging due to the distance and time of travel (heavy delays on M25 and Dartford Tunnel) to our new home. Jaimie kept in touch through-out the day and enabled our moving company to move our belongings in our new home whilst my husband and I were driving separately to our new home.
Without their care and communication the whole buying and moving-in process would have been more stressful."

"From my initial phone call to enquire about the property, I then arranged to view meeting Chloe at the property, Chloe was warm and welcoming and I felt at ease viewing the property. Chloe also advised about the local area and amenities it has to offer. I decided to offer on the property and Chloe was efficient with negotiation on my behalf.
Chloe and Jamie were both very helpful with any queries I had during the purchasing of the property and I was kept up to date on any progress.
They both made me feel at ease to ask any questions or raise any concerns and once my purchase was complete I felt they were both happy for me.
I am new to this area but their warm welcome has made confident that I have made the right decision to move to this area . And I am looking forward very much to moving into my new home and exploring the local area ."
