Mid terraced 2 bedrooms. All new D/glazing throughout new central heating, new kitchen, new roof and electrics. New carpets throughout, new lights in lounge and dining room and newly decorated throughout.
 

"Leach forgot to take external photo of property causing a delay in the marketing of house. Despite asking price not being at top end of their valuation we were told, after only 2/3 weeks, we should reduce it because another of their properties in same street had been reduced and was now cheaper than ours -this house had been on and off sale and rent for several years! Leach found no viewers. We found our buyer. After 2 viewings (During both he agreed our non-reduced price) but not to Leach and offer £2000 less. We refused as we had agreed to leaving contents at £75000, leach urged us to accept. We then said £500 would include contects. Buyer refused – sticking to the again £72000 Leach said we shouldn’t haggle for a more £500! They should have said that to buyer. They must make a sale at any price."
