"I didn't find Rosebery Newhouse particularly helpful during the negotiation stage of the purchase. There was little guidance when I was making offers on where the sellers would settle. I felt very much from the off that the estate agent was only interested in the seller's interests, even though I was a very good prospect as a buyer - first time, no chain, could move any time. Working with my mortgage adviser I got the mortgage agreed extremely quickly but she made things quite difficult, questioning the format of documents and putting undue pressure on myself and my mortgage adviser. Once I was passed on to the sales progression team, the service was much better and Carole was a good go to person for queries and updates. Overall my experience with Rosebery Newhouse was perfectly fine and I would consider using them as a seller in future."

"After initially entering Roseberry`s office in Norton on kind of a whim about selling our own home we ended up using Roseberry to sell my late Fathers house. I chose them especially after the kind,friendly and helpful service and advice I received originally from the Norton office girls.
The final stages and completion of the sale were carried out impeccably from the Stokesley office by one of the former Norton office girls.
