"I have used the services of Billingham Cooke twice now as a seller. I had no hesitation in choosing them again as the service they offer is exemplary. I was impressed both times with their time and commitment and at all times I felt the service was very personal to me and my situation. On both occasions I had to rely on Matt to do a lot of ground work as I was living many miles away. Although it could have been a concern to sell properties remotely, I had no worries with Matt and his team. They are at all times courteous and helpful. I sold my houses far quicker than I had anticipated and I credit Matt and his team for making this happen.
