"The team at Kent Estate Agents in Tankerton guided and supported us through a prolonged and complex transaction for the sale of our house. They remained in contact with us at every stage liaising with all the agents and solicitors in not only our sale chain but also with all parties in our purchase chain - which proved invaluable when problems arose in the chain at the point of exchanging contracts. I honestly believe that without their help and determination the chain may well have collapsed. I can’t praise their professionalism and hard work highly enough and would recommend their services without hesitation - they more than earned every single penny of their fee!"
