3 bedroom semi detached town house in norton fitzwarren, Taunton Somerset.

"We would and have highly recommended County Town Lettings. After marketing two properties with two other letting agents and after several viewings with no joy County Town Lettings approached me. They hoped that they weren't being rude by approaching me but wondered if they could help with the marketing of our properties. They let a town centre flat to the second person they showed around and negotiated well for us. And the house they let on the first viewing almost within hours!! They have since taken more properties on there books from other family members of ours."

Modern 3 bed mid terrace house, with small garden. It is located on the edge of a town approx. 20 mins drive from the county town.

"The firm is a small one and setting up in the area. I am happy with the service they have provided to date, and have dealt with one of the proprietors before when dealing with another firm. I have recently decided to transfer over the management of another property to this firm. I find them to be efficient, practical and realistic with rental income. There was some confusion over a small matter but it was dealt with promptly."

"I have found this firm and all my dealings with Emma to be productive and professional at all times.
