"I had planned to use an estate agent until Leigh Reeves of Morton Reeves came to do an assessment which was extremely competitive: no shop, good extensive photos, presence on Right move and a face to face service for viewings and negotiation. I found their service suited me perfectly and I sold the house to the first users. Leigh’s mix of knowledge of the area, negotiating slats, ability to push things through was very impressive and I’d recommend M/R to anyone. Exceptional friendly service and we felt he is single handed giving estate agents a good name. After a bad experience with an unprofessional corporate estate agents it was so lovely to come across an agent with scruples and very nice to hear from viewers how much they were impressed by our agents communication. When selling I wanted a skilled communicator who took time to listen and remembered important details. Going to this family firm meant I spoke to mainly one negotiator via email/phone. Avoiding annoying breaks in communication/frustration I wore full time. I found Leigh Reeve & team to be professional, genuine & realistic to deal & who advised prior, during & after exchange. If you decide to go to MR, the communication is different & skillfully effective. My sale (I found) was painless from the start (& my house had under pinning done too).
