Brick construction under a tiled roof, standing in approx 1/3rd acre of garden, located in an unadopted road (Cul-De-Sac).
 

"Our timing in going to market (October) together with the start of the property crash could not have been worse. The result was three sales that fell through and a regular reduction in our selling price – all very depressive. Throughout this time, our agent was extremely supportive and helpful and at last after 18 months was able to complete a sale for us.
