Large 3 Bedroomed Detached House with Swimming Pool

"Having a High End property to sell Absolute, were not our initial first choice of Estate Agents & having interviewed a few other "Leading Local Torquay Estate Agents" we decided that we would use the services of Absolute Estate Agents.

We found them to be 100% on the ball & that never changed from the moment we met them & throughout the whole sale process.
Darren, was very easy to deal with & has a considerable amount of experience. most notable was the speed of communication, his sensible & thoughtful advice, all done in a totally professional, yet personable manner.

We felt in safe hands & able to rely completely on him doing what he said he would promptly & to a high standard. Darren & his team are always willing & able to clear up any questions we had, even though there were not many, as they usually contacted us to let us know of anything they felt we would want to know.

We also found Debbie, Frank and the rest of the office team provided an excellent service too whether via Phone or Email, they were always helpful, efficient, & above all friendly & always answered our queries & questions in a prompt & timely manner.

Absolute Estate Agents provided us with a first rate service in a truly professional manner & most importantly, they were always on our side, which in our experience is not always the case with estate agents.
We would have absolutely no hesitation is recommending Absolute Estate Agents to anyone & in our opinion they're the "Number One Estate Agents in Torquay" to choose for selling your property.
