"As a buyer it was obvious that the firm was ruthless in its pursuit of the best price for the vendor. The estate agent by while the vendor subjected us to a two hour sales special before revealing a higher price by £10,000 more than had been suggested by the estate agent. When the vendor stripped the house of the log-burning stove which had clearly been included in the estate agents details and which they themselves had genuinely thought to be included, they did not prevail upon the vendor to return it, and we had to take legal actions."

"Generally happy with service exceptions – showed one potential buyer around my property without selling me (before or after) – I only found out weeks later when lasted for a review.
