"A really excellent and personalised service from the team at KMJ offering fantastic value for money.

As a small family firm they know the local area, and were able to provide valuable tips on marketing and realistic pricing. We received and accepted an offer quickly and they managed the process through to final sale well, with good communication throughout.

As we were not living near the property during the selling process, KMJ were happy to handle property visits and surveys and any other requests.

"Disruption of property states “exceptionally well presented” and “tastefully decorated” - which the property was not as the woodblock kitchen work top black with mould, window frames rotten, a door panel absent from door and very poor paint finish.
