"I was disappointed that the firm shared emails I sent to them (in assumed confidence) directly with the buyer, rather than take the time to relay my comments / feedback in a more formal manner. This seems very unprofessional.

This firm was recommended by some people I knew in the area that had had a very good experience. After meeting Mark Bowyer, I felt he would do a good job representing my needs. After signing the initial contract, I heard less encouraging feedback. For personal reasons, I decided to stick with Mark and his team. I'm not sure that I made the right decision, as I do not feel the firm provided me with regular updates or generate much interest in the property while it was on the market."
