"First rate service and price! Very professional and quick to get property on the market. I couldn't believe how quickly they got the property out to their clients and I had three viewing arranged and my first offer within 24 hrs!
Staff very extremely friendly and professional, giving excellent advice throughout the whole process. I also looked at online estate agents too but decide against it when, despite the advertising promises, they just didn't seem have a clue on the local market and suggested a much lower sales price.

Abode got a better price for my property with a local team who kept in touch through the whole sale. Abode even did the viewings for me too so I never even had to take time off work.

"Abode Midlands are more than first class agents. We were looked after a Junior Negotiator at Uttoxeter and he was fantastic, friendly, professional and efficient.His name was Craig.
A Star, absolute. Sue from Rugeley office and Uttoxeter. We could not of managed without her constant backing, help, support and friendship. She went over and above her duties to help.We would of given up the whole escapade without her help.
We foolishly, used Purple bricks for our sale and "chocolate teapots"come to mind. I just wish I could tell you everything that went wrong. At some stage, someone has to let the world know, that at a time when you are all stressed, having a useless agent, just makes everything so dreadful.
We hope you continue to use and train first class staff such as these two special people. Good luck to you all

"Abode were the only estate agent who bothered to look after us and help find us a property as we were relocation with my husband's company and had a large radius to search for our next home.
Abode were the only company who took us seriously, despite our previous home being under offer to a cash buyer.
Emma made our first viewing by thinking outside the box, and arranging access over a weekend, even though their appointments diary was full.

"The initial evaluation visit was very professionally done, and a high quality Property leaflet was produced. When a new member of staff came onto the team he made the effort to come out to our property to see it for himself so that he had personal experience of the property in order to be able to discuss it with prospective clients. We were very impressed by that. Abode Uttoxeter were fantastic throughout all the whole selling process. The whole team have been very PRO-ACTIVE at every stage, as well as always following up any enquiry made on our behalf very promptly. They worked hard to re-establish our chain when it broke down due to a buyer dropping out. The Progression team were fabulous during what became a difficult process of tying up the 5-in a-chain exchange of contracts. Every member of the Uttoxeter team that we came into contact with was friendly,helpful,professional, smiling and had very good client rapport. Team communication was excellent. We can't recommend them highly enough.

"When the property on the market they was very swift responding with any interest in my property promptly organising viewings and being helpful.

They managed to negotiate prices higher than my asking price due to two buyers being very interested in my house.

I did feel they wasn't as pro-active once the house was sold on the sales progression side. I was meant to get weekly updates but I had to chase the solicitors myself a lot of the time as I felt I wasn't getting all the information back I needed to know. In the end I did the chasing myself."

"Enthusiasm is contagious. Upon first entering Abode's office it was immediately clear that this is how an estate agency should be. Dynamic is the best description, closely followed by utterly professional, helpful, but above all others, friendly.

What a great bunch of people. The business can only grow with such reputation building skills clearly displayed.

It would be a good marketing tool to provide a book of tips to help sellers and purchasers, these to include things like checklists, a simple explanation of the legal process. After all, the seller must be included in the sales team's activities in order to work towards a strategic common end with the best possible tactics.

2 bedroom Mid-Terrace house in Market Town (Less than 20 years old)

"The team were fantastic from start to finish. We had 3 different Estate Agents come round from the local area and we were super impressed with their approach. Their approach coupled with the sheer number of customers they currently have in town made our decision an easy one, as every For Sale sign seems to be an Abode one. Our house was swiftly marketed and the pictures really emphasised the key features of the property and as promised we were soon inundated with people to view the property. We went on holiday the day after the property went on the market and we had accepted an offer after 2 days as we got to the asking price. However the property we were buying fell through a few months later and this buyer dropped out. Abode were calm and explained we would soon sell it again and for the asking price. They were not wrong and sure enough they sold it again in no time. I think they arranged 12 viewings for the first 3 days it went back on the market. All the way through George has been an absolute credit to the business and he had been a pleasure to deal with."
