"I was recommended to John Leeson by my sister who was selling her house with Belgarum. She said they were the best and most pleasant Agents to deal with in Winchester.
John was excellent throughout the duration of my campaign. He was professional, informative and supportive. My sale was challenging as family was involved. John went the extra mile to ensure things ran as smoothly as possible. Often dealing directly with family to get the process moving.
Belgarum ran one Saturday viewing, 2 offers came from it and they drove one purchaser over the line. I was delighted. I had wanted a swift sale and Belgarum delivered.
I was then passed onto the Sales Progressor Harriet O'Brien who is an asset to Belgarum and excellent at her job. Harriet tackled many difficult situations on my behalf and shielded me from some tensions. The whole process was extremely challenging for Harriet to guide and she did it with diplomacy and professionalism. I truly believe I would not have been able to achieve it without her.
I personally did not like the multiple sale agent contact I had when viewings were being arranged. Just me I expect, I'm old school and prefer 1:1 communication to get the task completed. Harriet provided that so my personal preference was restored.
I highly recommend Belgarum. An excellent result was achieved in tricky circumstances. I am very grateful to John and Harriet. I recommend a pay rise and holiday in the Caribbean to Harriet :)

The property is a completely refurbished and cozy triplex situated near river Itchen in Winchester. It''s a 5 minutes walk from there to the Cathedral and High Street, so it is pretty well placed.
"People at Belgarun letting office in Winchester are truly good. We were coming from Barcelona, Catalonia. The letting business is pretty different there, and they walk us though the whole process wonderfully.
While our tenancy was going on they were pretty quick solving any issue, not many to be fair, that could come around.
We only have good words for Belgarum, and we can't help to recommend their services should you let a property in Winchester."

"This has been my first experience of letting a property and it has gone smoothly so far. Your staff have been unfailingly helpful! One potentially serious issue was that the first viewing was by the mother of a potential tenant. She was very keen and wanted formal assurances that the property was his before he could see it on the following Saturday. I was happy to wait for him to see it but felt pressure to guarantee it was his. I felt that someone should meet the person whose name would be on the tenancy agreement before any formal spoken agreement was given. In the event he never came to see it . Just thought I'd mention that. Thanks again though for all your help. "

"My property became available rather unexpectedly as I'd understood that the existing tenants had signed a new agreement. However, the Lettings Team swung into action and swiftly marketed my property. I received accurate advice regarding the current rental market in terms of the rental income the property would attract. Viewings began immediately.
In my estimation, the team worked above and beyond what I would have expected when dealing with viewings and relaying feedback to me. I received two offers at the rental income recommended and an excellent summary of the merits of both offers.
I've always found the Lettings Team efficient, professional and friendly. My property has been let by Belgarum since 2010. This time, once again, been impressed!"

"All aspects were positive less their knowledge of the property and standard of the property at the start. There were many questions unanswered during the viewings of the property. When we occupied the property it was not in a good state and much work was needed. To their credit, this work was carried out quickly, but only occurred due to my requests.
Thereafter, during the negotiations and occupancy all aspects were very positive, particularly when requiring repair.
Handing the property back proved to be painless and quite smooth."
