"This was a property that was bought to renovate and resell. Nigel and the team were very helpful in guiding me through what needed to be done, prior to putting it up for sale. They were also prepared to let me use some of the trades that on their books for working on their managed property portfolio.

3 days after the property was put on the market, I got an asking price property. This indicates that the advice I got in terms of how to price and presentation were spot-on.

I use LMS for letting out property too, which is why I used them to market a property outside their direct area. I knew they would do as good a job with selling a property as they do with letting one.

I have always found them helpful, friendly professional. I have never felt pressurised into agreeing to a price I was not happy with. Some of the other local agents are very much guilty of this.

I have recommended a friend to use them in her forthcoming house sale. This she is going to do."

"From our first phone call to arrange a viewing, the agents were very efficient and knowledgable of both the property and the area. They arranged the viewing quickly on a suitable day. The agent was able to answer all our questions.
When we placed an offer, the agent quickly spoke to the vendors and he was quickly responded when the offer has been accepted.
On completion, they rang us as soon as the keys had been delivered to their offices.
Staff were always pleasant to speak to and were very helpful at all stages."

"We had been looking at various properties in the town and dealing with several estate agencies before LMS so got a good comparison of the standards of practice from the agencies. Having found a property to view through LMS they quickly arranged a viewing which was conducted very professionally and the agent was very knowledgeable about the property and gave a true reflection of the situation regarding the sale. In fact after the viewing I was moved to tell him that he had the most professional approach I'd come across, with the numerous agencies i had used. The negotiations for the purchase were done swiftly through LMS and the purchase price was agreed and the purchase put in the hands of my solicitors for completion."

"Nigel, Alan, and the LMS team went above and beyond to help with the purchase. All our questions were answered in a friendly, and professional manner. LMS helped with a lot of questions related to the sale, and to the area of the property, which is a valuable source when moving to a new area. Even the day we moved in they were at hand to assist us with questions regarding how the boiler works, who supplied the gas and electric. LMS also had the house cleaned after it's renters had left. They also gave us first chance of buying the furniture that was to be left in the house, after the renters had left.

We are really pleased with the whole experience with LMS, we'd been looking for a new home for a while, and there were some estate agents that we felt did not perform in the services too well."

"Fantastic service, once again, from a fantastic team!

LMS previously sold another property of ours, one we had been renting out for some time, earlier this year (on the first viewing too!) so we were crossing our fingers that they would do as excellent a job selling our family home (a trickier proposition as it was at the top end of the local market). They didn't let us down and got far more viewings, from much more realistic buyers, than we had a year previously with a different agency and we accepted an offer within the month."

"LMS managed my property as a rental for over 5 years with no issues. Service was responsive, fully managing tenant and any issue resolution on my behalf. LMS leverages local knowledge and contacts to conduct remedial work in a quality and cost effective way.

LMS later managed the sourcing of a buyer and sale of my property working directly with other agents (E.g. solicitors) to make this happen in a timly and effective way.

During this time I have been resident in Singapore with LMS being effective in working with me offshore.

"A highly professional agency. We were given expert and honest advice and kept up to date at all times. The team at LMS were excellent at all times and always contacted us before a viewing and after a viewing. They sold our home within a week and were most helpful in keeping solicitors informed of the progress of the chain. Having sold a previous home with another agency I was not looking forward to selling again based on that experience - However LMS exceeded all expectations and the expertise and customer service were brilliant.

Overall the key thing for me was that they were honest with us right the way through the process - no 'sales speak' and always did what they said they were going to do.
