"We are very impressed so far with the service received. Roseberry Newhouse have just let the second flat for us after successfully managing the tenancy change of the first one some time ago. They are always extremely pleasant to deal with, efficient, professional and reassuring. They dealt very well with an awkward problem that cropped up with a tenant recently. We live a long way from the location of the flats so all the above is very important to us, as we are not to hand to deal with things ourselves."

"My boyfriend and I were very happy with the way our tenancy agreement was dealt with. The people who helped us were so approachable, friendly and professional. Dee and Carole in the Stokesley office and Victoria in the Yarm office were great. Patient and very helpful.
The firm is well organised and so the whole process was very streamlined which made it convenient and easy from initial application to receiving our keys.
I have rented property through Roseberry Newhouse before and am delighted to be doing so again.
