"Letter sent to Mr J Newhouse 9th May 2014

Dear Mr Newhouse.
This is just to let you know that we found Phillip Coleman at your Yarm office to be extremely courteous,helpful and professional whilst we were seeking to purchase a property in Stockton on Tees recently.

It turned out not to be a straight forward situation, however Phillip was more than competant in his handling. He returned our telephone calls and emails quickly and was always most patient throughout. Ultimately we did not proceed with the purchase but our reasons were beyond Phillips control.

When we later recieved some unwelcome correspondence from the vendor relating to our decision to withdraw Phillip again handled, what could have been a very difficult situation, in a cool, calm and efficient manner.

If we consider selling our new home in the future, we would want Phillip as our sales representative. We will certainly recommend Roseberry Newhouse to friends and family.

Having moved fourteen times in our married life, I never thought I would have cause to recommend any estate agency!.

Please include Sophie Ross in our thanks and appreciation.

"A thoroughly professional service, that delivered precisely what it promised.
I have not used them before, but assessed against other local firms before appointing and found that they presented well and delivered accordingly.
Philip and Sophie were excellent in everything they did. The service from the sales facilitator - not the individuals failing, but rather that she was behind the curve from the start of her involvement and never caught up - was not as good, and added nothing to the process. It would have been better left with Sophie.
If not for this it would have been straight 9's."
