"I have been working with them for some years, but in view of market conditions, the house did not sell. When I decided to put the house back on the market, I was more than happy to instruct Hudson Moody again. They know the property and we have a good relationship.I always felt that they had done everything possible to try and sell the property, with regular updates and feedback on potential buyer's comments.
I live overseas and so selling the property was a major challenge from long distance, but they went above and beyond to solve each and every obstacle. I couldn't have done it without them. Nothing was too much trouble and I am forever grateful for their support."
