"The property was originally priced at £350,000 - in my opinion for maximum client throughout. The owner would not accept anything below £360,000, therefore the original market price was too low. The estate agent then facilitated a negotiated on the price as the owner then changed his mind and wanted £370,000. I think Ushers could have done much more to manage the process of completion. We completed at 11am. But the seller did not vacate the property until 9 am. This meant I had a 10 hour wait to move in. There was no process to exchange keys – I had to collect from the seller. One month on and the seller still has personal effects to remove from my property."
