During the sale and offers being made etc I found the person dealing with my purchase to be helpful, confident, informative and very professional. Architect designed house, built mid-1980's in a Hampshire village. Lovely outlook and good-sized, pretty mature gardens.

"Pearsons told us that the original person who wanted to buy our property was a man they had dealt with before and he was reliable. We accepted an offer from him; he withdrew from the sale just before exchange of contracts. It turned out he didn’t have funds in place to complete the purchase if we had known his financial situation we would not have accepted an offer from him.
