"This is the first time I have visited this garage. I am always suspicious of garages due to being ripped off in the past.
However, this garage was excellent. Paul was friendly, open and honest, and most importantly trustworthy. I felt at ease with him and knew he was honest. He fitted me in quickly, even though I could see he was fully booked for two weeks, as I needed my car repaired immediately as I was going to use my car for a long journey the next day. He could of easily turned me away but he didn't. The car was fixed and MOT undertaken at a price that was fair and not extreme.
Paul was brilliant and will definitely be returning to him again.

Repaired broken near side mirror. He was able to restore the damaged one and only charged me for labour. I knew (because I checked on the internet) the new mirror was about £200. He could have charged me £380 and not been honest with me.

Paul Willimott is helpful, straightforward and honest.

"Working a long way from home there was a serious problem with the brakes on my car which meant I couldn't drive it all the way home...I was in a bit of a pickle. Paul had it fixed within 24 hours. "I took the car to another garage for mot, but they couldn’t do the repair work required, so on my brother's recommendation I sort advice from Paul. He was very informative and phoned me exactly what was required and estimated the cost to be £190 inclusive and that he could retest and issue an mot cert.
